This page explains exactly what data Block Poster does and does not collect when you use the site, and which third-party services are involved.
Overview
We do not require an account and we do not store your uploaded images. Image processing runs entirely in your browser. The site itself uses Google services and a lightweight analytics provider for traffic measurement and advertising — the sections below describe each one.
Your Images Stay on Your Device
Every image you upload to Block Poster is processed 100% locally using the HTML5 Canvas API and pdf-lib. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never transmitted over the internet, and never seen by us or any third party. Closing the browser tab removes them from memory.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Pageview.app to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are visited, from which countries, on which devices). These tools are configured for aggregate measurement and do not receive your uploaded images. They can set cookies or similar identifiers — see the next section.
Cookies
Block Poster asks for consent before loading non-essential advertising and analytics scripts. If you accept, Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense, and Pageview.app may set cookies or similar identifiers for analytics, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and visitor deduplication. You can reject these scripts without losing any functionality of the poster tool itself.
Google Advertising and Data Use
With your consent where required, Block Poster uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where permitted. Consent Choices
The site presents a cookie choice before loading non-essential advertising and analytics scripts. Users can reject these scripts and still use the poster maker. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalized advertising should be served only through a Google-certified consent management setup.
Third-Party Services
The third-party services that may be loaded on Block Poster are: Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics), Google AdSense (advertising), Pageview.app (lightweight visitor counts), and Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection and basic edge insights). Sample illustrations and fonts are served from Cloudflare. None of these services receive your uploaded images.
Your Rights
Because we do not store your uploaded images and do not require an account, there is nothing personal of yours to export or delete from our side. For data held by the third-party services above, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
