This page explains exactly what data Block Poster does and does not collect when you use the site, and which third-party services are involved.
Overview
The free poster tool does not require an account. Privacy contact: [email protected]. Optional account, billing and feedback features process the data described below. Images are processed on your device. Advertising and analytics are described separately below.
Your Images Stay on Your Device
Poster images and project content are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our account or payment servers. Browser storage may retain drafts across visits. Closing a tab does not necessarily delete these drafts. You can remove local data through your browser settings; downloaded PDFs and project backups remain on your device. Your message, optional email and selected screenshot are sent to our support inbox and stored for follow-up. Only attach images you want to share. Your poster files are not sent automatically.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you allow analytics. It measures page usage and purchase conversions using browser identifiers and, for consenting purchases, server-confirmed payment events. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics privacy settings” at the bottom of any page to change it. Refusing does not affect poster tools or purchases. Withdrawal stops future GA collection and, when you are signed in, requests removal of saved attribution identifiers and suppression of pending conversion events. If you are signed out or offline, server-side withdrawal requires a later signed-in visit. Previously sent data is not automatically deleted; contact us for data requests. Advertising preferences are managed separately by Google’s advertising consent interface. Pageview.app and Cloudflare provide separate traffic measurements; this GA choice does not control those services.
Cookies
This choice controls Google Analytics only. Advertising preferences are managed separately. We use Google Analytics to understand page usage and purchase conversions. Refusing does not affect making posters or purchasing.
Google Advertising and Data Use
With your consent where required, Block Poster uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where permitted. Consent Choices
The site presents a cookie choice before loading non-essential advertising and analytics scripts. Users can reject these scripts and still use the poster maker. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalized advertising should be served only through a Google-certified consent management setup.
Third-Party Services
The third-party services that may be loaded on Block Poster are: Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics), Google AdSense (advertising), Pageview.app (lightweight visitor counts), and Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection and basic edge insights). Sample illustrations and fonts are served from Cloudflare. None of these services receive your uploaded images. Optional Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and email address. We store these, session information, order references, subscription status, payment amounts and access periods on Cloudflare to provide accounts, reconcile payments and handle support. Google sign-in does not grant us Gmail or Drive access. Creem processes checkout and billing; we do not store full card details. Your message, optional email and selected screenshot are sent to our support inbox and stored for follow-up. Only attach images you want to share. Your poster files are not sent automatically.
Your Rights
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or account deletion. We verify account ownership and handle requests manually; there is no self-service deletion button. Account, billing and support records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve payments and disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Some records may need to be retained after account closure; we explain this when handling your request. Browser-local files must be removed on your device.
